Fantasy tournament scenario

I've been thinking about what a decent tournament scenario could look like for Fantasy.

I've played most of the scenarios in the BRB (not the historical ones though) and found most of them adequate, but except for the one with the Watchtower the objectives concern mostly killing the opponent. Fair enough, this goes well hand-in-hand with the new 8e rules, but still, I like to have some kind of board-control objectives in my missions, me being well-fed with scenarios in WM/Hordes. So, I spent some time around the net, and stumbled upon an interesting one: Stelek's 5x5 tournament scenario. Nice, clean and well-written, it's good for that game, no doubt there.

I'm gonna try to adjust this a bit to fit in with Fantasy. Specifically, I think Fantasy has a problem with all five points, so I think we need to cut some of them, say down to three. Place one in the center, and one on either side of it, 18" apart from the middle. This should space out the objectives nicely. Also, in the original, units cannot move over objectives, but they're 'flat' otherwise. I reckon this well be a problem for Fantasy, so placing yourself on top of one is perfectly acceptable.

And, in the same regard, we need to think about what can capture objectives. I think the 6" might be too much, so I would set it down to 4". In order to capture an objective, a unit must have a banner, and start the game costing at least 100 points. Also, units with banners counting towards the Core requirement of the list count as two units for the purposes of seeing who has the most units within 4". Additionally, the BSB, if within 4", further adds two points to calculate who has the objective. A fleeing unit or BSB cannot capture an objective.

Also, after deployment, after scouts, but before vanguard moves and other before-game-starts events, each player selects three choices in the opponent army. Each choice must be something that costs at least 100 points. Each of these are worth 1 KP, rest of the force is not worth anything, except the General and the BSB, who is automatically worth 1 KP each. In order to award a KP, the unit must either have been killed completely, or fled off the table. A unit fleeing at the end of the game does not give a KP. You cannot select the BSB or the General of the enemy army as any of these.

Side choice, Deployment and start of game is all determined just like the Battleline scenario (standard pitched battle). Game lasts six turns.

Winner is decided by adding up KP and any additional for controlling the objectives - the player with most banners within 4" scores a point to be added to the KP.

Thoughts? Any feedback is very much welcome.
