Wayland Games has put up a picture and the fluffy description to go with Lord Arbiter Hexeris, also known as epic Hexeris. This confirms the recent rumours of Hexeris going epic which has been circulating for several months now.
Here's the man himself (courtesy of Wayland Games):

And here's his fluff text:
Through cunning, raw power, political acumen, and tactical genius, Lord Arbiter Hexeris has furthered his own schemes while simultaneously strengthening the Skorne Empire. The lord arbiters occult knowledge goes well beyond the lore of the skorne, and no enemy arcanist is safe from his vampiric thirst for mystical secrets. To oppose him in battle is to be sapped of arcane power as he steals and transforms the energies of his foes.
Any ideas on what this guy could boast with this text in hand? I'm voting a permanent aura of Psychic Vampire, possibly still within Control Area but maybe only command to reduce the sillyness. I'm also thinking that it looks like he kept his weapon, which suggests that he still has that benefit.
Other than that, he's a master of the occult - that could mean anything, really.
Oh, and do you think he gets a character beast? With him spoiled it's clear that he wasn't getting a permanent Soul Slave pet, which was suggested elsewhere.
Really looking forward for more!
Hesse > Some thoughts on Necron Comp for S3
Great news! I finally got around to play the new Necrons a bit, and what can I say - I'm very satisfied! It's great to have my hands on an army that can shoot pretty decently, have a nice durability and really appeals to me.
Hesse > First Necron list + battle report
I have, through some rather shady canals, gotten hold of the new Necron Codex - no more rumour mongering for me, just the bare truth from the author himself!
Michael Boserup Hesselberg > Necrons confirmed with a teaser
GW put out one of their daily updates, concerning Dark Eldars, Polish Tomb Kings and...something else. It looks like the Necrons actually got a teaser trailer.
