I haven't really got a large amount of regular readers, so asking for help in my "community" isn't really accurate. However, since my posts are displayed on BOLS, I get a few visitors each time I post something, and I need the opinion of anyone...so, here goes:
I just finished my Skaven project for this weekend, and I've been pondering if I should add a layer of Tallarn Flesh to my skin on the little rats. It would add the pinkness that you usually see on them. Currently my skin is just Vermin Brown with a Devlan Mud wash, and it does tend to be rather red-brownish (as expected). Thing is, I can't figure out if my current skintone is unique and quite nice, or if I should go the more common route and add a layer of Tallarn? If yes, shouldn't I also redo the ochre fur into a more blackish, to compliment the now-pinkish skin?
Here's a few closeups of a test-clanrat with the Tallarn and one without (click to enlarge):
So, please - add your opinion!

Hesse > Dark Angels
In great anticipation for the now-often rumoured new Dark Angels Codex, I decided to pick up a couple of Dark Angels sets from the Dark Vengeance starter kit.
I already had some old Imperial and Crimson Fists lying around, pretty much just leftover scraps from when I sold the army, so I already have a sizable force for a pretty low investment.
Hesse > Campaign in my local gaming club
I decided to start a new campaign to celebrate and play some of the new 40K 6th edition goodness.
